Nissan Note Door Lock Buzzing

Sounds like the power lock solenoid is busted esp if its only that one door.

Nissan note door lock buzzing. Should be an easy fix. Have owned the car for 3 months and it has not changed at all in this time. I don t know how much the cost is but i suppose you may be able to disconnect the power to that particular lock so that it only works manually. The rear door lock buzzes loudly when 15 mph reached.

If the electric motor or the mechanism inside the door lock actuator wears out the door lock may lock or unlock slowly or work sometimes but not all the time. Is this an intentional audible confirmation of locking or is it a potential problem. When remote locking the doors on our 2007 nissan note 1 4 se there is a loud buzzing rasping noise which seems to come from the drivers door.
