Oil Tank Sensor Not Working
I have an oil tank with a sensor systems watchman level monitor.
Oil tank sensor not working. If the oil level sensor is working correctly it will trigger the oil light to come on your car truck or suv when the oil level is low. If an incorrect level is being shown on your oil monitor then it s worth checking that you have measured the height of your sensor against the tank correctly.
A couple of day s ago the display went from 2 to r with a flashing light. It s also common for it to trigger the check engine light. It seems from reviews there is clearly a design fault with these allowing water in which causes the transmitter to stop working. It transmits the oil level to a display in the kitchen.
That s pretty much it. If your toilet is designed so that you cannot see into it you will have to find out the size of your rv s black holding tank from the literature that came with your rv and use a 5 gallon water jug to measure the amount going into the holding tank.
